At Three Stitches, we take pride in creating high-quality, customized items just for you. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time

Custom & Personalized Items:
Most embroidered, printed, or personalized items are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page. -
Ready-to-Ship Items:
In-stock, non-custom items typically ship within 2–4 business days. -
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times begin after your order has shipped and vary based on the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If local pickup is offered, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 14 days unless other arrangements are made.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Three Stitches is not responsible for shipping delays.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of embroidered and personalized items, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.
